What you will do
- Own deals in the DACH region from initial conversation to signed contract and clear handover into onboarding.
- Translate complex client questions into sharp proposals, tenders, and business cases.
- Sell by explaining the value of hirify.global and building trust with clients.
- Collaborate with the Onboarding Manager and delivery teams to ensure realistic expectations and clear scope.
- Attend industry events and trade fairs across the region and Europe.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a commercial role, preferably in a technical, SaaS, or energy-related environment.
- Strong knowledge of the energy market or eMobility. Experience with SaaS is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Based in Berlin and willing to work from the office at least two days per week.
- Must have a valid work visa for Germany.
