TL;DR

New Business Sales Executive (Fintech): Drives new logo acquisition for hirify.global Group's data and research products with an accent on pipeline generation, lead conversion, and closed revenue. Focus on strategic accounts, multi-channel outreach, and full-cycle sales execution within the private market sector.

Location: All Locations

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 + Uncapped Commission

What you will do

  • Develop and execute outbound cadences for assigned strategic accounts.
  • Actively work inbound leads, including paywall activity and event registrants.
  • Lead discovery, solution positioning, product demos, proposal generation, and commercial negotiation.
  • Accurately track all sales activities in CRM and maintain high data hygiene.
  • Identify whitespace accounts across key client segments, sectors, and regions.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment, KPI adherence and CRM usage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • An interest in Private Equity and the enthusiasm to learn more about the industry.
  • Experience interacting and engaging with customers/ clients in a professional work environment.
  • Sales skills and techniques including negotiation and objection handling.
  • Experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
