What you will do

• Manage incidents and monitor production service delivery environments to meet SLAs.
• Administer and maintain hirify.global SaaS Deployment lifecycle operations.
• Assist in operating and maintaining AWS environments following standard procedures.
• Identify optimization opportunities and solve problems affecting service delivery.
• Provide level 2/3 support for customer/partner-initiated issues.
• Document forecasts, plans, and resolutions for ongoing and future reference.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
• 2+ years’ experience in administration of Windows environments.
• 2+ years’ experience in basic scripting.
• 1+ years’ experience in relational databases, preferably using MS SQL.
• 1+ years’ experience in managing websites, preferably using IIS.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and customer-oriented approach.
• Willing to work Tuesday to Saturday, starting at 4:30 AM (Nov–Mar) and 3:30 AM (Mar–Nov).
