Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany. Must join the team for face-to-face connection and collaboration in the Berlin campus 2 days a week. Relocation support to Berlin is available.

What you will do

Own relevant business KPIs, product performance, and product usage for different global regions.
Interact with and support operations stakeholders.
Drive key initiatives to improve customer experience and/or profitability goals.
Proactively identify improvement areas using data, innovating and executing solutions.
Support the roll-out of new products and features to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Provide management with regular performance reports, insights, and presentations.

Requirements

At least 5+ years of professional experience interpreting data in an analytics or data science role.
Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, engineering, science, economics, or another analytical-based subject.
Strong knowledge of and experience with SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau or Data Studio).
Proven track record of enhancing business operations and optimizing performance through data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
Highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

Previous experience in the last mile industry in an Analytics, Operations, or Product role.
