Senior Data Analyst (AdTech)

What you will do

• Analyze user patterns to identify bidding algorithm inefficiencies and derive new features for ML model improvement.
• Align bidding algorithm models with real-world data and guide the team.
• Build dashboards and email reports to visualize model performance.
• Serve as a liaison between business and Data Science teams, translating requirements into products.
• Document findings and communicate insights to the team.
• Prepare and analyze A/B test results for experiment launches.
• Contribute to product decisions based on data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Degree in mathematics, physics, information technology, analytics, or similar field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in AdTech or mobile app companies.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analyses, including hypothesis testing for A/B tests.
• Excellent understanding of data visualization and experience building dashboards (e.g., QuickSight, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Experience with task-tracking tools (Jira, GitLab).
