What you will do
- Analyze, process, troubleshoot, and resolve technical inquiries for products like Tosca, qTest, and NeoLoad.
- Handle end-to-end license operations, including creation, administration, and distribution of software licenses.
- Collaborate with customers and internal partners to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- Provide timely customer support via self-service portal, emails, chats, and calls.
- Help onboard new clients and resolve license-related issues.
- Analyze request and incident trends and coordinate across departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical, application, product support, or license delivery in a customer-facing role.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and partners.
- Customer-centric attitude with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of licensing technologies and delivery models.
- Proven experience applying ITIL best practices in technical support.
