TL;DR

Support Specialist (Quality Assurance): Analyzing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical inquiries and requests for continuous testing products with an accent on license provisioning, customer experience, and cross-departmental coordination. Location: Hybrid work in Manila, Philippines (3x Onsite, 2x WFH)

What you will do

  • Analyze, process, troubleshoot, and resolve technical inquiries for products like Tosca, qTest, and NeoLoad.
  • Handle end-to-end license operations, including creation, administration, and distribution of software licenses.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal partners to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Provide timely customer support via self-service portal, emails, chats, and calls.
  • Help onboard new clients and resolve license-related issues.
  • Analyze request and incident trends and coordinate across departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in technical, application, product support, or license delivery in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) concepts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers and partners.
  • Customer-centric attitude with a structured approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of licensing technologies and delivery models.
  • Proven experience applying ITIL best practices in technical support.
