TL;DR

Sales Engineer II (Apple): Partnering with account executives and channel partners to achieve sales goals by evaluating technical requirements and presenting solutions. Focus on presales technical activities and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Location: Hybrid, based in Kanto area, Japan. Must have sponsorship to live and work in Japan.

What you will do

  • Work with hirify.global Account Executives to convey the business value of hirify.global to prospective and existing customers.
  • Understand prospect/customer requirements and outline how to address them via the hirify.global Portfolio.
  • Provide presentations, demonstrations, and evaluations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with customers to increase hirify.global portfolio awareness and investment.
  • Contribute to special projects to support Sales organization and hirify.global initiatives.
  • Represent hirify.global at external events, collaborating with Marketing, Channel, and Sales teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Professional level Japanese (written and spoken) and intermediate level English (written) proficiency.
  • 3 years of technical sales, support, or services experience.
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience across MDM, endpoint management, security architecture, identity and access management, and enterprise networking technologies.
  • Must be based in Kanto area, Japan and have sponsorship to live and work in Japan.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to multiple levels within a complex organization.
  • Exposure to hirify.global products, related architecture tools, and relevant competing solutions.
  • Proficiency with Apple technology (MacOS and iOS) and Mobile Device Management.
