Location: Hybrid working: Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia, with 3 days a week in the office. 20 days per year can be worked remotely from anywhere.

What you will do

• Identify areas for improvement and execute A/B tests to improve business metrics.
• Analyze large, complex data sets of mobile game player behavior.
• Conduct deep dives into user behavior, focusing on playing, purchasing, and churning.
• Use pre/post analyses to understand the impact of product and ecosystem changes.
• Define meaningful metrics and KPIs in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Provide actionable data-driven recommendations for product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Experience or interest in Mobile Gaming.
• Strong analytical thinking with an ability to deep dive into details and command a holistic product view.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Gount, Redash, or Excel.
• Solid SQL capabilities.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions on product roadmaps, features, and strategies.
• Incredible communication skills to articulate complicated data concisely.
