TL;DR

Technical Client Success Lead (Fintech): Own strategic customer relationships and build/lead a product-oriented CS team, becoming the technical voice of the customer internally and the product expert externally with an accent on technical issue resolution and data-driven engagement strategies. Focus on creating scalable processes for onboarding, health scoring, lifecycle management and customer feedback loops to inform product strategy.

Location: Requires 4 days a week in the New York office. Monday and Thursday are mandatory in-office days.

Salary: Up to $130,000+ plus equity.

What you will do

  • Own strategic relationships with 5-10 enterprise customers, serving as the primary technical point of contact.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews demonstrating impact on financial wellbeing metrics, retention, and recruitment.
  • Drive product adoption and feature utilization through data-driven engagement strategies.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues involving payroll integrations, data flows, and API configurations.
  • Mentor a small team of technical CS professionals, defining the playbook for technical customer success.
  • Build customer feedback loops that inform product strategy and development priorities.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of professional experience.
  • Proven player-manager experience.
  • Deep technical fluencyβ€”comfortable discussing APIs, webhooks, data integrations, and system architecture.
  • Track record of managing enterprise customers with complex technical requirements.
  • Data-driven approach to customer health, adoption metrics, and business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communicator who can translate technical complexity for both technical and business audiences.
