Location: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Leeds, Manchester or Bristol office.

Salary: £76,194 – £94,000 per annum

What you will do

• Manage and deliver IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and compliance.
• Develop innovative solutions by integrating and analysing complex and diverse information sources.
• Coordinate across multiple teams to create medium- and long-term work schedules.
• Act as the face of Change for Business Platforms and account-manage demand across feature teams.
• Build, own, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and strategic suppliers.
• Assist in designing and implementing compliance programmes and liaise with regulators.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure delivery and portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and delivery roadmap planning.
• Excellent partner and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and resolve issues.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and negotiating service level agreements.
• Team leadership and people development experience.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
