Salary: $107,000 - $161,000 + bonus + benefits (USD)

What you will do

• Oversee financial planning and reporting for care delivery projects, focusing on costs, headcount, and revenue.
• Develop financial models and provide data-driven recommendations for business decisions.
• Partner with teams across hirify.global to ensure resources align with business goals and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, with 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel or SQL.
• Proven Microsoft Excel skills, and other database, automation or business intelligence skills (e.g. SQL, TSL, Hyperion Essbase, Anaplan).
• Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
• This is a hybrid position requiring presence in Dallas, Texas.

• Experience in healthcare or digital health, Biotech or Pharma.
• Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and leadership skills.
• Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment; comfortable dealing with ambiguity and defining the agenda.
