TL;DR

Marketing Business Analyst (B2B SaaS): Delivering trustworthy, actionable marketing analytics to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity from Lead to Closed Won. Focus on building consistent marketing data views, translating analytics into actionable insights for leadership, and driving ROI improvements through smarter budget allocation and funnel optimization.

Location: Hybrid work model for employees near a hirify.global office (min. 2 days / week onsite). Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require future visa sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Own recurring marketing performance reporting and deliver clear narrative insights by region, GTM motion, channel, and campaign.
  • Analyze funnel performance, identify drop-offs and bottlenecks, and coordinate fixes.
  • Evaluate channels, audience segments, and campaign types to surface profitable deal sources.
  • Conduct ROI analysis and forecasting for marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics like cost per lead and CLV.
  • Build and maintain forecasting models connecting marketing inputs to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and BI teams to improve tracking, attribution, and data quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Marketing Analytics or Business Intelligence for B2B SaaS.
  • Strong data visualization skills and experience building Salesforce and BI dashboards (Discern, Snowflake).
  • Proficiency in SQL and manipulating large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot, Salesforce Data Cloud, and web analytics (GA4, Google Tag Manager).
  • Expertise in attribution modeling, funnel analytics, ROI, CAC, payback, and CLV metrics.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and core statistical concepts.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Marketing, Data Science, or related field.
