What you will do

• Deliver high-quality analytical output and independently manage end-to-end analytics projects.
• Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to enhance the delivery of insights.
• Establish and maintain processes for the Micro portfolio.
• Identify shifts in market and growth performance and translate these insights into actionable decisions.
• Partner with go-to-market, Pricing, and Risk Analytics teams to improve products and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience leading multiple analytics projects.
• Engaged all levels of stakeholders in presenting findings and problem-solving.
• Experience with using SQL to conduct data manipulation.
• Demonstrated the ability to deliver explainable models and analytics products that leverage an analytics tech stack (Snowflake/SQL, Python/R, Tableau/Looker, Excel, etc).

Nice to have

• Previous insurance experience is a plus.
