What you will do

• Foster relationships with external partners and stakeholders to drive business development.
• Prepare material for the C-suite, board, and investors to drive strategic decisions.
• Analyze market dynamics and uncover growth opportunities for strategic decision-making.
• Own end-to-end processes including due diligence, strategic thesis, business case development, execution, and post-deal integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align corporate strategies with overall business goals.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy or corporate development roles.
• Proven track record of strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle complex business challenges.
• Expertise in handling multiple requests from external and internal stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a startup culture.
