What you will do

• Define and implement daily, weekly, and monthly planning rituals processes.
• Introduce shared dashboards to visualize progress and maintain transparency.
• Manage strategic projects to ensure they bring value to the business and meet stakeholder expectations.
• Introduce a structured dual-ownership model for cross-functional OKRs, clarifying responsibilities.
• Facilitate prioritization of cross-functional OKRs at the executive level.
• Establish and run all goal-setting rituals: quarterly planning, reviews, and ongoing monitoring.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Operations, Strategy, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience designing and scaling OKR systems in complex organizations.
• Strong facilitation skills across executive meetings, planning cycles, and retrospectives.
• Proven ability to drive behavioral and cultural change across multiple teams.
• Practical experience in organizational design, role clarity, and leadership development.
• Fluency in English.
