What you will do

• Lead strategic client relationships as the primary contact, ensuring satisfaction, trust, and long-term partnership value.
• Develop and execute account strategies that achieve both OLIVER and client business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, inspiring creativity and excellence.
• Drive P&L management including budget forecasting, growth target setting, and operating income reporting.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver industry-leading solutions and innovations.
• Ensure OLIVER exceeds service level agreements while maintaining competitive and profitable pricing.

Requirements

• A track record demonstrating 8-10 years of agency experience with 3-5 years in leadership roles, showing proven ability to grow client accounts and implement new services.
• Strategic thinking that connects business objectives to operational delivery through innovative solutions.
• Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from operational teams to C-suite executives.
• Expertise in P&L management, budget forecasting, and financial planning within agency environments.
• The ability to negotiate collaborative solutions and resolve service issues with diplomacy and effectiveness.
