What you will do

• Define and be accountable for the product's performance against business KPIs and evolve business models.
• Partner with game direction and user research teams to determine retention and monetisation strategies.
• Develop the performance measurement strategy for the development, launch, and live phases.
• Collaborate with leadership and finance to build out the revenue side of the financial model.
• Prioritize roadmaps in collaboration with game direction and production teams.
• Conduct industry analysis and identify opportunities for product performance growth.
• Partner with digital marketing, CRM, and external Sony teams to enhance business improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in a similar product management role.
• Proven business acumen with strategic and analytical capabilities using data.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with marketing, game development, and leadership teams.
• Visionary with the ability to see the bigger picture and translate it into innovative initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of industry trends and competitor landscape.
• Experience managing console/PC games during development, launch, and live phases with rapid iteration loops.
