What you will do

  • Provide front-line support for online platform queries, currency trade execution, and payment issues.
  • Act as the primary day-to-day liaison, ensuring clear communication and timely service delivery.
  • Manage client accounts, monitor progress, and promptly address any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, demonstrations, and training.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to enhance client relationships.
  • Offer currency guidance based on hirify.global’s global currency suite.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (face-to-face, email, and telephone).
  • Meticulous attention to detail in handling live currency trade bookings, banking information, figures, and high-value/volume payments.
  • Strong customer focus, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and perform well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Nice to have

  • 1-3+ years of experience in client services, account management, or a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in the foreign exchange, payments, or financial services industries.
