What you will do

• Define and maintain the long-term product vision and strategic roadmap for UFL.
• Own the direction of Core and Meta Gameplay systems and features.
• Translate business goals, player needs, and market insights into clear product priorities.
• Act as the main decision-maker for high-level product direction.
• Evaluate feature proposals and gameplay concepts from product, player, and business perspectives.
• Collaborate with Game Design, Publishing, Analytics, Production, and C-Level teams to ensure alignment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of senior experience in Product Management, Game Direction, or similar leadership roles in Game Development.
• Strong understanding of Gameplay Design, Meta-game structures, Live-Ops, and player engagement models.
• Experience making high-level product decisions in large or complex projects.
• Ability to clearly communicate product needs and expectations to production teams.
• Strong passion for football and deep understanding of the sport simulation games market.
• Experience with competitive multiplayer or sports games.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
