What you will do

• Serve as the primary data insights contact for Sales & Sales Enablement, aligning strategy and delivering impactful insights.
• Define, monitor, and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing ad-hoc actionable insights based on data and sales environments.
• Continuously enhance and optimize dashboards and data sources, improving speed, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Partner with IT to ensure a robust data infrastructure that maintains high standards of data quality, accessibility, and reliability.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales to maintain consistency in data definitions and calculations for cohesive reporting.
• Represent the 'Data' function in cross-functional initiatives, supporting new projects and evolving data infrastructure needs.

Requirements

• Ability to confidently present complex analysis and models to senior and executive stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, SQL databases, and Tableau.
• Track record of turning large datasets into concise, actionable summaries.
• Strong understanding of building scalable visualizations and models in a fast-growing organization.
