What you will do

• Perform data analysis, predictive analysis, and data visualization to provide insights on people trends.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of staff-related costs.
• Develop and improve standard reporting dashboards for key stakeholders.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for the business.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency.
• Provide analysis of HR and people metrics focusing on key performance indicators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and forecasting, ideally with HR or workforce planning focus.
• Expert-level Excel skills including power query, pivot tables, and formulas.
• Fluent English communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Comfortable with changing requirements and ad-hoc requests.
• Must be located onsite in Malta or willing to relocate.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analysis and reporting tools.
