What you will do

• Develop, design, and maintain operational and financial Power BI dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
• Utilize SQL to explore databases, searching for relevant data for reports.
• Formulate requirements for the data engineering team to fetch and transform data.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Power BI dashboards.
• Drive data literacy across the organization with a dedicated team of data experts.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in developing dashboards using Power BI.
• At least 2 years of experience in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Proven experience in business analysis to understand and translate business requirements into data visualizations.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including creating complex dashboards and reports.
• Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and Power Query M language for data transformation.
• Strong analytical abilities to link data from databases with business requirements and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) data structures.
• Experience with other data visualization tools such as QlikSense or Tableau.
• Experience with Direct Query and incremental data load processes in Power BI.
• Understanding of industry-specific data and metrics relevant to the company.
