What you will do

• Identify and source suitable influencers on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok based on campaign requirements.
• Evaluate influencer accounts using data and content quality to ensure alignment with brand goals.
• Execute end-to-end KOL marketing campaigns, including script ideation, market research, and post-campaign analysis.
• Perform video translation and transcription for localized content.
• Maintain relationships with influencer channels and handle pricing negotiations to build strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Familiarity with international social media platforms.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive attitude.
• Working-level language proficiency.
• Available to work at least 4 days per week for a minimum duration of 4 months.
• Currently pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong understanding of local Indonesian culture (preferred).
