What you will do

• Ingest data from internal cloud storage via S3 using parquet files and Iceberg tables, and from backend microservices databases via Airbyte.
• Develop and maintain data models in Snowflake, Looker, Cube, and dbt.
• Automate data pipelines using Apache Airflow.
• Apply software engineering practices like version control and continuous integration.
• Provide guidance to data visualization specialists and data scientists on engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product teams to understand business requirements and deliver analysis-ready data.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data or analytics engineering roles, including proficiency in Python.
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling, with a strong understanding of Data Engineering fundamentals (ETL, Data Modeling).
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with GitHub best practices, testing, CI/CD, and automation.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and deliver analysis-ready data.
• English level: B1 or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience with data modeling in DBT or similar tools.
• Experience with data-related programming languages like Java or Scala.
• Familiarity with data modeling techniques like Kimball.
• Knowledge of modern data table formats (Delta, Iceberg, or Hudi).
