TL;DR

Technical Recruiter: Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy for technical roles, with an accent on managing the recruiting pipeline and reporting on KPIs. Location: Remote (United States only), with openness to travel to the Bay Area a few times a year.

Salary: $117,000 – $147,000 a year

What you will do

  • Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
  • Maintain a recruiting dashboard with KPIs and report to the executive team.
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline and the applicant tracking system.
  • Present and promote the company's technology and culture to candidates.
  • Write and post technical and other job descriptions.
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities and assist in onboarding new hires.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of work experience hiring for technical roles.
  • Proven expertise hiring Golang Engineers.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1+).
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
