Salary: $162,000 - $191,000 a year

What you will do

• Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
• Maintain a recruiting dashboard with KPIs and report to the executive team.
• Manage the recruiting pipeline and the applicant tracking system.
• Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
• Write and post technical and other job descriptions.
• Assist in onboarding new hires.

Requirements

• 7-12 years of work experience hiring for GTM roles.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats.
• Proven expertise hiring Pre- and Post-Sales Engineers.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
