What You’ll Do

Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT, Digital and C-level roles.
Source talent using premium LinkedIn tools.
Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Maintain high quality standards — quality over quantity.
Keep an accurate and up-to-date pipeline in our CRM.

What We’re Looking For

At least 2+ years of proven experience in closing IT/Digital/C-level roles .
Willingness to work with iGaming / Adult domains.
A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality.
Ability to self-manage, take ownership, and be accountable for outcomes.
Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.

What We Offer

Competitive salary: 700-1000$ (linked to KPI performance) + up to 3000$ with bonuses
Transparent KPI system: Fixed pay is proportionally tied to KPI performance (approx. 25–30 relevant candidates per month, approved by management and submitted to clients) with an additional bonus for fulfiling monthly KPIs.
Good placement bonuses: 20% of the candidate’s starting gross salary.
