Location: Remote - United States. This role will be heavily biased to those working in the US East Coast timezone and requires candidates to be based in the US. Candidates residing in Alaska, Delaware, Iowa, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, West Virginia, and Wisconsin are not being considered.

Salary: $198,050 - $233,000 USD

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end program management activities for new health detection features across software engineering, product, science, and design.
• Act as a liaison between Product, Software Engineering, Regulatory, Science, and QA teams throughout the development process.
• Work with stakeholders to plan and facilitate major software feature launches in conjunction with hardware launches.
• Provide regular, clear, and concise updates on program status, progress, risks, and dependencies to collaborators and leadership.
• Foster a collaborative and productive working environment with open communication across all stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working with agile development teams and familiarity with SDLC.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and provide technical and organizational guidance for mobile and embedded software.
• Ability to grasp and bind holistic architecture across different contexts (App, cloud, IT, algorithms, Firmware).
• Expert-level proficiency with program management tools such as Confluence, Jira, Miro, and SmartSheet.
• Proven track record of successfully shipping multiple new, innovative products with significant sensing components, preferably in the consumer electronics or health tech space.
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones, with an index on US East Coast operating hours.
