What you will do

• Implement effective governance & data validation processes to ensure operational compliance and accountability.
• Drive data integrity across the company, ensuring that employee data, launches, goals, roadmap initiatives, and resource allocations accurately reflect reality within our tracking systems.
• Deploy AI-driven workflows to automate the heavy lifting of launch reviews, transforming a manual process into an intelligent, frictionless experience.
• Design structured engagement protocols with cross-functional partners (Security, Legal, Safety, Privacy, etc.) to ensure the right expertise is injected at the exact right moment—eliminating late-stage surprises.

Requirements

• 10+ years in program management, product operations, launch management, or similar roles in fast‑paced technology environments.
• Proven ownership of a product‑wide launch or release management program, including formal review processes and go/no‑go.
• Experience operating an internal system of record for planning/launches with strong data governance practices, including a company‑wide launch calendar.
• Background coordinating launches across diverse surfaces (API, web apps, desktop/mobile) for high‑visibility releases.
• Proficiency with modern project tracking (Internal Systems, JIRA, Trello) and analytics platforms (Looker, Hex); ability to define useful dashboards and KPIs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; executive‑level facilitation and crisp decision framing.
