What you will do
- Lead social listening across cybersecurity trends, competitors, industry influencers, and advocates.
- Develop and execute channel-specific strategies for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and others.
- Ideate and manage the creation of multi-channel content including short-form video, carousels, motion graphics, quote cards, and infographics.
- Design and scale an employee advocacy program to amplify company messaging and humanize the brand.
- Track and report on reach, engagement, and brand impact driven by internal participation.
- Leverage AI tools for content ideation, copy drafting, and visual creation.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in social media or digital communications, ideally within a fast-paced B2B tech or cybersecurity environment.
- Deep expertise in LinkedIn and other platforms as strategic tools for brand and executive influence in enterprise tech.
- Comfortable turning performance data into actionable insights to inform and evolve strategy.
- Skilled at balancing brand voice with technical credibility, especially in risk-sensitive industries like cybersecurity.
- Proactive, resourceful, and collaborative with a strong sense of ownership and creative problem-solving.
- Excellent English—highly proficient in both written and spoken communication.
