Social Media Intern

TL;DR

Social Media Intern: Supporting daily social media operations and content management across various platforms with an accent on tracking KPIs, updating content calendars, and collaborating with marketing and other internal teams. Focus on applying industry best practices, assisting with video production, and reporting on social performance.

Location: Hybrid in Austin, Texas, USA (required in office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays). You must be available for the entire 10-week program from June 15, 2026, to August 21, 2026. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

What you will do

• Collaborate with team members on real-world projects and initiatives.
• Support daily posting and monitoring across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
• Assist in managing the employee advocacy program by monitoring and updating content feeds.
• Support in updating social performance reports to track KPIs and platform engagement.
• Maintain organic social Asana workflow and content calendar weekly.
• Assist in supporting the in-house video studio for brand and campaign promotional videos, including planning, shooting, and post-production.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (graduating in 2026 or 2027) or a recent graduate in Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology and innovation.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• You must be available for the entire 10-week intern program (June 15, 2026, to August 21, 2026).
