What you will do

• Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with product launches and marketing goals.
• Create, edit, and publish content across X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
• Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and distribution plans in coordination with global marketing and product teams.
• Work closely with product managers to communicate updates, new features, and benefits of hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with partners, influencers, and community leaders to drive awareness and trust.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report campaign results to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in social media management, ideally in fintech or tech sectors.
• Fluent in English (writing and speaking); Spanish is a bonus.
• Proven ability to grow and engage online communities across multiple social platforms.
• Skills in content creation, including copywriting, basic graphics, or multimedia (images, GIFs, short video).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and cross-team coordination.
• Autonomous, self-starter attitude; able to work remotely and collaborate across time zones.
• Basic understanding of Bitcoin, stablecoins, or blockchain products is preferred.
• Familiarity or willingness to use AI tools to generate creative social media concepts.
