What you will do
- Develop and own comprehensive global acquisition strategies for our portfolio of iOS and Android apps and games.
- Lead App Store Optimization efforts to improve visibility, conversion rates, and organic growth across all titles.
- Oversee and scale paid acquisition campaigns across various channels.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a team of acquisition specialists.
- Set and ensure tracking of key performance indicators to guide strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Monetization teams to align acquisition strategies with overall business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior management role.
- Expertise in ASO tools and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with various paid acquisition platforms and ad networks.
- Proficiency with mobile attribution and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
