We’re looking for a performance-driven PPC / Paid Social Manager to lead and scale user acquisition across mobile apps and mobile web for the US market.
This is a hands-on role managing large budgets, rapid experimentation, and full-funnel performance in a social gaming / sweepstakes environment.
Experience in social gaming, sweepstakes, or casino-style products is a significant
advantage.

Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and scale paid campaigns across:
○Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
○Snapchat
○TikTok
Run User Acquisition (UA) campaigns for mobile apps (iOS & Android) and mobile
web funnels
Optimize campaigns across the full funnel: installs, registrations, deposits, and LTV
Manage and scale large daily and monthly budgets
Test creatives, audiences, formats, and bidding strategies at scale
Work closely with creative, product, BI, and tech teams
Analyze performance using attribution and analytics tools
Ensure compliance with platform policies for US traffic

Requirements
3+ years of hands-on Paid Social / PPC experience
Strong experience with Facebook Ads, Snapchat Ads, and TikTok Ads
Proven experience with mobile app UA and mobile web acquisition
Experience managing high-spend accounts
Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention)
Experience working with US audiences
B2 English

Strong Advantage
Background in social gaming, sweepstakes, or online casino
Experience with compliance-heavy verticals
Familiarity with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and web attribution
Creative testing frameworks at scale
