What you will do
- Plan, manage, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across major and local platforms.
- Analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
- Report campaign results and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the Creative team to develop and test high-performing assets.
- Manage relationships with ad networks, DSPs, and platform partners to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Data, Creative, and Sales teams.
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of hands-on mobile UA or performance marketing experience.
- Proven success managing multi-platform campaigns and meaningful budgets.
- Bilingual in English + Korean or Japanese (both written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).
- Experience with SDK networks, DSPs/SSPs, and major UA platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
