What you will do

• Manage and optimize Salesforce and integrated systems, ensuring alignment with business goals across various teams.
• Administer, support, and maintain SaaS tools such as Outreach, Gong, and ZoomInfo.
• Administer and maintain integration platforms (e.g., Tray.io) to ensure data quality and compliance.
• Lead integration processes for change management, release cycles, and system documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues, ensuring system uptime and reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of application administration experience in a mid-to-large scale environment (>500 users), preferably managing integrated tool ecosystems.
• Experience integrating tools with Salesforce leveraging common integration types such as Connected Apps and APIs.
• Proven experience with governance frameworks, change management, and data management in Salesforce and other applications.
• Hands-on experience with middleware/integration tools such as Tray.io, Mulesoft, or Workato.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and solve technical problems.
• Experience administering SaaS tools (e.g., Marketo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, Cognism).
