What you will do

• Partner with sales to define customization needs and technical scope during pre-sales.
• Lead discovery sessions with customers to map data structures, workflows, and onboarding requirements.
• Own the end-to-end data migration process, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Leverage API and system integrations to solve complex connectivity challenges.
• Translate customer problems into technical requirements for Engineering and Product teams.
• Optimize internal tools and identify repeat migration or integration challenges.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• Proven experience in Data Migration, including mapping, cleaning, and validating data.
• Crucial experience with API integrations and connecting disparate B2B systems.
• Ability to communicate technical hurdles to enterprise stakeholders with trust and clarity.
• Action-oriented mindset, willing to perform manual work as needed.
• Experience in a post-sales onboarding or technical implementation role within a SaaS environment is highly preferred.
