Senior Application Support Engineer

Senior Application Support Engineer: Supporting the Atlassian suite of products and building new/supporting existing external automation. Focus on defining processes, developing automations, integrations, scripting & programming.

What you will do

• Supporting the Atlassian suite of products used by hirify.global.
• Build New/Support Existing external automation using Workato.
• Defining processes in close collaboration with other departments.
• Developing automations, integrations, scripting & programming.
• Provide day-to-day support for projects used across the business.
• Advising the organisation and providing strategic insight for new applications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with administering Atlassian products.
• A degree or professional recognition in a relevant discipline, and/or industry-recognised training and certifications (ACP-100/120 Jira Administrator, ACP-200, etc.), and/or equivalent experience.
• English language, written and spoken.
• Already based in Hyderabad
• Ready to come to the office twice per week
• Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) experience is a must (preferably Workato, but experience with Mulesoft, Azure Logic Apps is a plus).

Nice to have

• Experience with Jamf, PowerBI or Terraform.
