Salary: 120,000 - 130,000 USD plus bonus

What you will do

• Develop analytical dashboards that provide actionable insights across a range of business functions.
• Incorporate visualization best practices to ensure the data is calling attention to the right information to provide insights and drive actions.
• Understand and anticipate the needs of business teams to determine the best approach to effectively meet those needs through data visualizations.
• Work closely with the data engineers and architects to ensure metrics include governed and certified definitions, providing key business rules to incorporate into the data layers.
• Partner with peer members of the Analytics team in support of developing the end-to-end analytics solution using a modern technical stack, e.g. Snowflake, DBT, Fivetran, Informatica, Sigma Computing.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business and technical stakeholders to distill data and reporting requirements.

Requirements

• Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• 3+ years hands-on experience working with BI and dashboard development, with in-depth knowledge of visualization and business intelligence functions.
• 2+ years of experience with more than 1 analytics/visualization tool, such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Sigma Computing, or other BI reporting layers.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and business stakeholders, with demonstrated written and verbal presentation skills to present compelling recommendations.
• Financial reporting and/or analytics experience preferred
