What you will do

• Analyze complex product and user behavior data to identify key metrics, trends, and customer pain points.
• Partner with Product Managers to frame problems, define success metrics, and identify data-backed solutions.
• Quantify the impact and ROI of opportunities to support prioritization and roadmap decisions.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B tests), including defining hypotheses, success metrics, and measurement plans.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports providing visibility into product performance and customer experience.
• Enable self-service analytics by developing trusted data models and documentation.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses and insights to support product, growth, and operational decisions, communicating them clearly to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in Product Analytics, ideally within consumer or subscription-based businesses.
• Expert-level SQL skills and strong data modeling intuition.
• Extensive experience with Looker / LookML or similar BI tools.
• Hands-on experience analyzing user behavior using product analytics tools (Heap, Google Analytics, Amplitude).
• Strong foundation in experimental design and measurement best practices.
• Excellent data storytelling and communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
