What you will do
- Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact for small business customers in the Automotive segment.
- Utilize in-depth product and industry knowledge to drive adoption and utilization of hirify.global products.
- Help customers achieve maximum value, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Proactively engage with customers to secure renewals and drive retention.
- Develop deep understanding of customer business objectives and industry challenges through regular check-ins.
- Act as a customer advocate within the company, relaying feedback to product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role, such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Client Services Manager, preferably in the software or SaaS industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and credibility.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to address customer challenges effectively.
- Technically adept with the ability to grasp complex software concepts quickly.
- Empathetic and customer-centric mindset, committed to driving customer success.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and retention goals.

- Experience with customer success platforms and tools.
