What you will do

• Develop and execute a unified data program roadmap supporting Analytics, Data Science, and AI initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical data teams and executive leadership, communicating program status, risks, and strategic value.
• Lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional programs across various data teams, fostering partnerships with Data Engineering.
• Champion and facilitate the implementation of data governance policies, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, roadblocks, and dependencies, developing contingency plans.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business impact and success of data programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in program management, delivering complex data-focused programs.
• Strong understanding of the data lifecycle, data governance principles, data quality, and data architecture.
• Proficiency in project and program management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Experience with data management tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to influence and align teams and senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or CDMP.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS with consumption-based pricing models.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
