Salary: $165,000–$194,000 USD (San Francisco, CA)

What you will do
- Partner with revenue teams to execute strategic projects on time and with high quality.
- Build relationships and work autonomously with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Understand internal teams, processes, and business goals to inform long-term strategy.
- Lead continuous improvements by identifying gaps, developing strategies, and executing plans.
- Build scalable, repeatable, and efficient processes for revenue growth.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in program management, go-to-market/revenue operations, strategy, finance, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of building processes and tooling for net new functions in a revenue organization.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as experience working with senior leadership.
- Superior analytical skills with comfort analyzing and visualizing data in spreadsheets and Salesforce.
