What you will do

• Deliver tools, controls, and visibility brands need to fully embrace AI-powered automation.
• Translate complex AI systems into clear, actionable experiences for marketers.
• Ensure AI Journeys feel understandable, predictable, and safe while maintaining performance.
• Partner closely with Design, Engineering, Data Science, and Customer teams to build intuitive workflows.
• Define and execute the product vision for smarter, higher-performing messages across channels and use cases.
• Leverage real-time intent signals and machine learning to improve relevance, timing, and impact.
• Identify new opportunities to expand AI Journeys beyond today’s use cases and unlock step-change value for brands and consumers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally working on B2B SaaS, platforms, or data/AI-driven products.
• Proven experience owning complex products from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance data, intuition, and customer insight.
• A true collaborator who creates clarity for others, raises the level of teammates, and is genuinely easy to work with.
• Accountable end-to-end, taking full ownership, sweating the details, and standing behind outcomes.
