DevOps/System Engineer (Platform Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Design and maintain infrastructure automation for internal Kubernetes-based application platforms.
• Develop and maintain reusable Helm charts for application teams.
• Build and operate CI/CD components (GitLab CI templates, shared pipelines, pipeline scripts).
• Develop internal standards in infrastructure.
• Participate in application onboarding and migration to Kubernetes.
• Provide documentation and guardrails for developers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Georgia, Poland, or Serbia.
• High experience with Kubernetes and own Helm-chart preparation.
• Good knowledge and experience in CI/CD processes (GitLab CI).
• Experience with configuration management systems (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Saltstack) and shell-scripting.
• Development experience with Python/Golang language.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• English: B1+ required.

• Experience with Werf.
• Architectural ability to participate in the design of complex, scalable systems.
