Salary: Base from 3 800 € brutto (negotiable based on experience) + variable part + financial benefits + 5 000 € sign-on bonus.

What you will do

• Consult customers on GPU infrastructure, AI/ML model training, and platform usage.
• Lead onboarding, training, and mentoring on optimal GPU cluster and AI environment usage.
• Design and implement PoCs including environment setup, data pipelines, and deployment workflows.
• Conduct requirement engineering, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Assist with performance optimization, troubleshooting, fine-tuning, and validation of AI solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and develop automation concepts for services and processes.
• Ensure best practices in reliability, scalability, responsible AI, security, monitoring, and capacity planning.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Information Technologies
• 5+ years in design and delivery of IaaS, PaaS, SaaS systems
• 3+ years in CI/CD pipelines and serverless architectures
• Knowledge of AI Factory Cloud platform, NVIDIA GPU servers, data engineering tools
• Solid Kubernetes knowledge; expert in VMware Tanzu Kubernetes
• Expert in scripting (Go/Python/Bash), automation (Ansible/Terraform/Helm), CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab CI)
• Experience with Linux, SDN, monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus)
• English: Advanced (C1); German advantage
