What you will do

• Be an integral part of the team, influencing engineering practices and product development.
• Own initiatives to continuously improve system architecture, performance, stability, and product features.
• Work with a variety of tools and technologies, collaborating to solve complex problems.
• Ensure best-in-class speech recognition technology runs quickly and stably for customers.
• Shape team culture by sharing knowledge, improving technical documentation, and mentoring engineers.

Requirements

• Collaborative team player with strong engineering fundamentals and a curious mindset.
• Comfortable developing software in production Python.
• Interested or experienced in working with C++, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab, and developing in a Linux environment.
• Ability to own the full software development lifecycle end to end.
• Pragmatic approach to balancing quality and speed depending on the context.

Nice to have

• Experience with or interest in learning machine learning concepts and systems.
