What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical contact for Integration platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to the Integration platform.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to investigate incidents and drive sustainable solutions.
- Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Identify and propose improvements to processes and tools based on support trends and insights.
Requirements
- Technical aptitude and a grasp of web technologies (APIs, HTTP, browsers, logs, networking).
- Experience in a technical support, helpdesk, QA, or technical account management role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations; adaptable and eager to learn.
- Fluency in Russian and Intermediate to Advanced English.
