What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of 7 engineers, providing coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate with product peers to align team objectives with company initiatives.
• Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives and discussions about standards and practices.
• Ensure customers and sellers complete the trade-in journey successfully.
• Guide technical decisions while empowering your team to own solutions.

Requirements

• Strong engineering experience and a proven track record in engineering management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Proven track record of growing, developing, and guiding people and teams.
• Experience influencing across teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience working in agile development teams and "build it and run it" environments.
