What you will do

  • Manage onboarding of merchants, business, individual, and crypto clients, including KYC/KYB procedures.
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate client agreements and onboarding documentation.
  • Act as the primary client contact throughout the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring clear communication.
  • Gain a deep understanding of clients’ business models, including crypto use cases, applying strong product and technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with Risk and AML teams to ensure all client profiles meet regulatory and internal compliance standards.
  • Conduct due diligence checks, assess business/operational/compliance risks, and support technical setup where applicable.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in onboarding, account management, or customer support, preferably within payments, acquiring, banking, financial services, or crypto-related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and management levels.
  • Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking to understand complex structures and see the broader business and risk picture.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.

Nice to have

  • Technical knowledge or experience.
  • Knowledge of crypto, blockchain-based products, or virtual asset services.
